We take care to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, size and intended use. Colours and packaging may appear slightly different on screen depending on your display.
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are intended to cleanse and care for the skin. Nothing on this website is intended as medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Please read the full ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and include free standard shipping. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has already been confirmed.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been dispatched.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
All payments are processed by third-party providers certified to PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full card details.

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business, including on our website and social media.
You confirm that any content you submit is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
